Reflection Circles
Reflection Circles are intimate, first daughter-centered spaces that offer pause, grounding, and gentle witnessing.
Each month, we meet virtually for guided journaling, resonant prompts from our upcoming First Then Found deck, and shared practices that help ease the emotional weight many of us carry.
Our circles are sacred pauses where you can exhale, reconnect with your inner voice, and feel supported in community.

Sunday Steep: Journaling Tea Party Soirée
Sunday Steep is our Tea Club - an in-person gathering open to first, eldest and parentified daughters and rooted in belonging, connection, and the quiet rituals that help us return to ourselves.
Together we slow down, brew tea with intention, and practice the art of gathering in community - nourishing ourselves through presence, conversation, and small ritual.
