Alchemy Society offerings are created with care and produced in small batches. At this stage of our practice, all sales are final, and we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

We do, however, want to make sure what arrives at your door is what you ordered and in the condition we intended.

If your order arrives damaged or defective please email us at hello@Alchemy-Society.com within 14 DAYS of delivery. Include your order number, a brief note about what happened, and a photo when applicable. We’ll review the issue and make it right.

Beyond policy, we believe in communal reciprocity — meeting one another with care, consideration, and mutual responsibility. If something about your experience with Alchemy Society doesn’t feel right, you are always welcome to reach out. While we can’t guarantee a refund or replacement outside of the circumstances above, we’ll listen and consider how we can thoughtfully respond.
